What exactly is this black culture that you are talking about? The last time I checked black people in America have no culture. It is kind of hard to have culture without any ancestry. Black people learned everything from the upbringing in America. I don't see black people bringing the culture of Africa in this country. No zebras as pets, no killings via spear. If I remember correctly it was white people playing shoot em up in the wild, wild, west and robbing trains. I also remember the mafia life being of white culture where extortion, intimidation, drug selling, violence, and theft was the common.
So as far as I know the same country that black people learned to speak the English language from they also learned violence, gang activity and criminal behavior from.
